Every task must possess predefined goal to be achieved. A goal is assumed result a person or an organization plans to achieve. To achieve success a team has to decide goals and sets plans according to it. It has to communicate well to all team members. All team members are willing to work to achieve it successfully. Tasks should be equally divided to all team members according to their ability and each of them have to perform the task given to them. Also the goal should be clearly defined to all team members. Before starting the tasks team leader should arrange the meeting and explain the goal and its objectives clearly to all members.
